Payment and Shipping
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. My preferred payment method is either credit card or PayPal, but I will also accept personal checks. Checks must be made in the exact amount of your purchase (I cannot issue change) and mailed to the address provided when you check out.
If you pay by credit card or PayPal, I will ship within two business days of payment being made. If paid by personal check, please note that your order will ship after the check has cleared my bank.
If your purchase is made to order, please contact me to discuss timeline.
Exchanges and Refunds
For refunds and exchanges, please contact me immediately if there are any problems when you receive your order. I am confident that we can always find a solution that you will be happy with. I do not take returns or exchanges of custom work, gift cards or clearance items.
I will accept returns and exchanges up to 15 days after the date of purchase (the date that you check out). Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a return or exchange prior to it's return.
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to me. Refunds are made via PayPal (if you paid with PayPal), and I will refund money (purchase price minus shipping) as soon as I have received the item in its original condition.
I'm always happy to take custom orders. If you are interested in having something made, I will be able to give you a price quote and a time estimate for the work.
For custom orders, I ask for 50% of the total cost up-front before I order supplies or start the work, That amount is non-refundable once I have ordered supplies and begun working on your order. The only circumstance under which a nonrefundable deposit would be returned to you is if I am unable to complete the work for some reason.
Once received, custom orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange, however, if there is a problem with your custom order when you receive it, please contact me right away so we can find a solution.
